Refund policy

Returns

We will gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please return item(s) unused and in the same condition you received them within 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not accept the return. 

 

We can not accept returns on the following items as they are FINAL SALE: 

Shoes, Sale items, Swimwear, Accessories.

 

How to return: 

To return your item(s), you should bring in store or mail the item(s) to: 3326 N Friendship Rd Suite D Paducah, KY 42001 AND reach out via email: littlestokesco@yahoo.com so we know to be expecting your item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please make sure to include your name and email in your return packaging. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number in case this happens!

Late or Missing Returns 

Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit code will be issued via email. If you haven’t received your store credit code within 5 business day of the return showing delivered, please contact us at littlestokesco@yahoo.com

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order via email, unless it has already been shipped. No cancellations are guaranteed. Please check your order before placing it.
